We have so much congestion in CBD already. LIA is a logical choice. If your prices are right people will still come to purchase their fuel and how convenient for all the businesses in the LIA. Time for thought. Please consider the wishes of our wonderful community. Thank you.

Please consider moving the proposed development to Caves Road, near LIA.

This petrol station is not required, needed or wanted. There are rumours that the BP station in Dunsborough is going to close - if this is so, then let PUMA take it over, everything is already in place. If the rumour is not correct and BP isn't going to close, then a third petrol station is NOT appropriate. This land should be bought by the council and turned into something for the community. And keep the Peppi trees that are on that land, there must be ring tailed possums living in there - aren't they protected??

There's already 2 within 200m of each other. Built it in the LIA.

A more feasible and equally viable location would be LIA off Commonage Road. Well trafficked and larger vehicles as well close to major residential area. Not in town this will cause a traffic nightmare!
