In no way do we as a town need this or want this. It will cause track flow problems and be incredibly ugly for the town.

This cannot proceed. It is pointless and will do a lot to destroy the culture of a beautiful village.

Having a petrol station so close to two others is totally unnecessary, Ourlittle town hosts a lot of visitors and the congestion is always a problem especially on the corner in question, The light industrial area would be the perfect solution to service tradies and boats... not the centre of town!

I don't wish for it to be right in town. Put it on the main road somewhere before town on Busselton hwy!

This petrol station is unnecessary and would in my opinion take away aesthetically and functionally from our town.

I cannot see any logic in the position if this proposed service station. It would be far better suited on the other side of Caves Road, both aesthetically and financially as many residents will simply refuse to use it if it goes ahead.

A third petrol station in the heart of our town would have a terrible impact on the flow of traffic through the heart of out town. Already this area becomes a bottle neck during weekends and peak holiday times. Please consider the local community and work alongside them to create a business that is supported by the locals, adds value to the town and promotes tourism, none of which a petrol station or convenience store does.
Thank you.

Ridiculous idea! Traffic congestion already an issue! What are they thinking? Obviously only $$$! Very sad
