We don't need another service station in a small town.

This site will contest the traffic flow and cause havoc during high traffic times.

The proposed site is not conducive to the visual amenity or character of Dunsborough town. We do not need another petrol station in the centre of town and request that an alternative location be considered, such as the light industrial area or other area that does not already have a service station or convenience store. Traffic congestion is already an issue in the town centre and this would just make the issue worse when the streets are already gridlocked at peak times.

Without the intersection being modified I can envisage huge congestion issues around Cyrillean way, especially in peak holiday periods. Please consider an alternative outside of the Dunsborough CBD.

This proposal is totally unacceptable for the centre of Dunsborough CBD and against good planning principles for a tourist village that attracts people to a clean, relaxed walking environment in the shopping areas.

As a frequent visitor to Dunsborough I do not support a fuel station on this land. Most of the year the traffic is very busy in town and this will increase if built. I already drive around the outskirts to visit family. I also question if another is even needed and especially opposite another!!!

Wrong development for this great location and flies in the face of everything we are trying to do to create a pedestrian friendly town centre. A very poor performance by a few locals employing underhanded tactics (calling a petrol station a convenience store) to go against the wishes of the city of busselton and the local community

Would make more sense to put it in LIA and have bigger area for boats plus fast flow pumps. Boats on trailers clog up the current service stations over summer

How could anyone possibly want to destroy Dunn Bay with a petrol station! It's a cafe strip
Don't let this happen!
