Terrible idea putting it there. We need it like we need another coffee shop or cushion/knick knack shop.
It's unnecessary and would make traffic congestion in town even worse.

Dunsborough LIA would be a better location for a 3rd petrol station. A community of 8000 does not need or WANT another petrol station in the CBD. And lets call it for what it is that you are proposing - a petrol station. We already have all the stores - convenience or otherwise - we need.

Best positioned in the Commange Rd LIA, great for trailers, trucks, caravans, boats and general public to ease congestion in town and for those whom live outside of the townsite.

this is a dreaful idea and will make our town look and feel awful. We are a destination and do not have pass through traffic en route to Perth, so there is no need for so many petrol stations.

There is no need for a third Petrol Station in the middle of town but a Petrol Station in the LIA including a Car wash would be beneficial

This is insane planning. The town centre is already jam packed with traffic. Traffic needs to be redirected OUT and AROUND not INTO the centre. How to ruin a country town. Madness. Let's vote any councillor and Poli out who supports this.
