Definitely not at this location as it is already a congested intersection and the proposal would pour more traffic into the central roundabout already subjected to gridlock.

I sincerely request the owners of 57 Dunn Bay Road Dunsborough to respect the views of our community, the City of Busselton and the South West Joint Development Assessment Panel (SWJDAP) and NOT proceed with the proposed development of a Puma Convenience Store/Petrol Station on Dunn Bay Rd. We ask that instead they work with other parties to reach a mutually acceptable solution; and I would also respectfully request Puma Energy to NOT site its Convenience Store/Petrol Station at 57 Dunn Bay Rd (in the middle of the CBD, AGAINST the wishes of the Community, instead locating their development on a site more suited for this purpose. If you do not heed this polite request, we will be forced to enocourage locals and visitor alike to boycott Puma, not only here, but statewide!

Two petrol stations is enough in Dunsborough. If Puma is to be added then one of the others must go..

Another fuel and store is not needed in this small town. The centre is totally congested as it is with vehicle movement especially in the summer months. We want to avoid accidents and road rage in such an elderly geographic.

A third service station in the heart of Dunsborough? Really? Why? After all the recent work to upgrade the town into a vibrant, community friendly place to stroll around and enjoy the special place that it is, this just doesn't make sense. Please rethink it. I urge you.

Wrong location! And do we really need a 3rd petrol station in town? I think not!

I do not agree with the proposed location of the "convenience store".
I think that this store will cause problems with even more traffic in such a small town.

I DO NOT agree with the proposed location of the Petrol Station as it will increase congestion in an already congested area. Three service stations in 300 metres is ridiculous and it should be located elsewhere at another appropriate location.

The suggested location is the problem here. This Dunn Bay Road location will create traffic chaos and will ruin the street scape and the Village atmosphere. There are already two refuel facilities in the town centre. This facility needs to be placed more appropriately in an outer area on a main through road.
