A third petrol station within a 200m stretch in not needed nor wanted. Increasing congestion, reducing the safety of pedestrians and cyclists within the town centre and negatively impacting on our town aesthetics. That site is not the right place for it!

I have a huge problem with the traffic congestion in the centre of town which will be caused by the Puma buildings & services. While I understand the site is attractive to Puma I'm sure an alternative would give them much longer security, if it was situated on the towns outskirts.

Dunsborough does NOT need a petrol station as part of its entry statement. Ugly and inappropriate in that setting. It would make more sense to put it in the LIA where there is plenty of room and passing traffic, but minimal pedestrians.

This is all overflow parking when the town is busy, It'll just be a congested mess -or more of a congested mess in the CBD.

Please son't set up this eye sore here. Not only will the beauty of the town be compromised but the traffic on that corner will be worsened. I worked in the health food store on the corner for years and watched many near misses! This will make that corner a disaster!!!
