Dunsborough town centre is congested as is. A Fuel outlet there is both unnecessary
And bad planning.

We have had enough of poor planning of the road layout in Dunsborough as it is & this will add to it putting a fuel station there.lets have some nice boutique shops to lift the tone of the area

This is an appalling proposal for a small town to have 3 service stations with the new one dominating an already very problematic traffic and pedestrian flow in the town.

As a local resident this is crazy to have another service station in town....the number of times I have seen large boats pulling in and out during peak holiday seasons in the main street. I am very surprised no one has been run over due to the congestion in the town street.

This is ridiculous in a small town. For the last 20 years service stations have been closing in suburban streets and re locating to major roads and commercial strips. To call this a convenience store boarders on deception, it is a petrol station. A better location would be on Commonage Rd on the south side of the current industrial area.

I protest against a THIRD petrol station being built in Dunsborough town. It's nominated location is inappropriate and offers a very negative southern entry point into Dunsborough town. Please do not let this go ahead.

I strongly object to this proposed development on this site, it would impede traffic to say the least. Road tanker deliveries, air quality issues include odours above and below on this site and emissions from compounds just a few of the problems. The ambience of our beautiful town which is still a work in progress should be given top priority. Please choose another site for you petrol station / convenience store - out of town!!

surely 2 petrol stations in the CBD area is more than enough? I would suggest down commonage road end, perhaps is a better option.

As we already have two petrol stations in the town centre surely a more appropriate site for any additional petrol station would be out of town either in the light industrial area on Commonage Rd or the end of Clarke St with access from Cape Naturaliste Rd. An additional petrol station in the proposed position is not appropriate with the aethetic of the town centre and would undermine the work already done by the City and business owners to attempt to beautify the town centre.
