Do the proponents still go by the adage "greed is good" Bad idea from owners who should be responsible community leaders. Their reputation in town will be irreparably damaged.

City wake up and take responsibility for this situation. Surely a service station in the middle of town is obvious to all as being ridiculous even if disguised a convenience storestore

We are a small town and don't need another petrol outlet. Especially in such close proximity to those already existing.

Town is too small for 3 service stations. Even as it grows in size another service station may be required on the outskirts of town. 3 so close together is unacceptable. Overkill!!!

Another service station (disguised as a convenience store) is totally inappropriate in what is now rapidly becoming a regional 'carpark' gone is the lovely country town it was once not so long ago.Thee 'servos' within 200meters of one another, where's the logic not to mention planning in that. One wonders given the lack of local support, would this venture become a 'white elephant' I for one would boycott it and would actively encourage others to do the same

Don't need 3 petrol stations in the middle of town, the Main Street is busy enough in summer without this being there. Move the station out to the lia where there actually needs to be one with the developments out there

This is NOT an appropriate site for a petrol station/"convenience" store. The LIA or near there would make more sense.

Bad spot, will ruin traffic flow in Dunsborough

Seriously Dunsborough does not need another petrol station.

We need more public open space in the town Centre not more petrol outlets.

So we are battling a syndicate? Are we depending on their good will alone? Depressing if this is so. Is the syndicate intending to lease this land to PUMA. Sorry been out of the loop for a little while.

This is not the ideal location for a petrol station

Poor location, this is within meters of two petrol stations. If a third petrol station is really required ( I would need to see the numbers to believe it) it would be better to place it in the industrial area to encourage unnecessary traffic away from a high pedestrian area.

This has not been thought out. Traffic congestion is already a big problem in the area at peak times. Why add to it with something that is NOT necessary?

Why increase traffic congestion with something that is certainly not required
