We don't need any servo in town. The LIA would be a better area and would cause less congestion

Not in the middle of town it's already too congested in peak times.

It's not a practical proposition. Traffic congestion is already a huge problem in this area.

No more fuel stations in dunsborough. Locals feel two is enough already in town!

Dunsborough is a small town where many children and people freely cross the roads. It is an icon of the South West. A jewel. Please take the petrol station and convenience store to a main road. You will get more business there.

Please support our community and NOT place this in Main Street reallocate to more appropriate space, we have a growing town it will be utilized but please please not in Dunn bay road.. this would be so so devastating. Please consider the tourist seasons this street is always busy as it is.. make our town safer and more inviting not an ugly fuel stop .. I seriously see no valid point what's so ever and I'm very open minded. Appreciate my value being considered. Thankyou

I am totally against this proposed site. We have two services stations already in the town that adequately service the community. This site is very close to a creek line. Surely there would be environmental concerns to put a fuel station here?!!!!if this is approved we will see fuel stations at every turn! No

Would be an unnecessary addition to the Dunsborough Main Street, if you must add another petrol station (not necessary in my view) do it on the highway out of town

We already have traffic problems, this will just contribute to the congestion in the middle of town

We, the undersigned: 1. Sincerely request the owners of 57 Dunn Bay Road Dunsborough to respect the views of the Dunsborough community, the City of Busselton and the South West Joint Development Assessment Panel (SWJDAP) and NOT proceed with the proposed development of a Puma Convenience Store/Petrol Station on Dunn Bay Rd. We ask that instead they work with other parties to reach a mutually acceptable solution; and 2. Request Puma Energy to NOT site its Convenience Store/Petrol Station at 57 Dunn Bay Rd (in the middle of the Dunsborough CBD) AGAINST the wishes of the Community, instead locating their development on a site more suited for this purpose.

• Not a smart use of land got the locals. • Impossible to manage traffic in the summer-vehicles, boats, refuelling trucks etc. • Poor management by the Shire in not following through with the Dunsborough town planning,

No need for another fuel station!

Margs has just moved 2 service stations out of the middle of town. Every other town moves service stations out of the CBD. Put a big servo in the LIA that can easily cater for boats, caravans ect. Another service station in town will reduce visual amenity and walkability and increase summer traffic congestion.

3 fuel outlets within 300m of each other surely makes no sense to anyone

This is a ridiculous idea... There are already two petroleum stations in town and one 5minutes out of town towards Busselton!
