This is a totally unsuitable proposal for the town centre.

The population of Dunsborough overwhelmingly protests this development. Please listen to the residents and find another location for your superfluous petrol station.

We certainly don't need another fuel station/ convenience store in the middle of our town. This site should be developed to enhance the amenities of our town not detract from them. If we need another fuel station there are more appropriate sites available.

Petrol station, convenience store, cafe......call it what you will. We have 2 petrol stations, 2 super markets and more coffee shops than I can count. This is not needed or wanted in dunsborough.

I firmly believe we do not need a third fuel station within 500m in the centre of town.

A far better place would be the light Industrial area as there is too much congestion in town now!

Utterly unnecessary addition to a town centre that should be pedestrian-friendly. If we absolutely *must* have a third fuel station, it should be over in the LIA off Commonage Road.

Such a rediculous proposal of yet another petrol station in such a small populated town when competition is already struggling to keep afloat in the quieter times. And craming it ito the main street and on an already overly busy corner is nothing but stupid. Only yesterday I watched a little girl trying endlessly to cross that corner with her bike with no break in the traffic, and it was only a normal Monday afternoon. Imagine sitting outside Peko Peko in the gardens eating your lunch with the smell of car fumes and petroleum, how nuce Not! Personally I feel absolutely no gain in having another station in town. If you really want one then put it in the LIA where it shoul be!
Needed? Maybe, but not in Town Centre.
Please respect local wishes
