An application has been filed (CPA-128) with the Tulsa Metropolitan Area Planning Commission by an anonymous property purchaser to rezone 375 rural agricultural acres to Industrial Light for the stated purpose of constructing another data center in east Tulsa. The adjacent Project Anthem received numerous approvals from Tulsa City Council and the Planning Commission for this 380 acre data center without plans submitted for water use, for noise abatement, for traffic control, for electrical power use or for other important safeguards to the public and to neighboring homes and property. The economic justification for Project Anthem was unsubstantiated. Citizens all over the US are rising up to oppose these data centers, which primarily serve to enrich the developers. Please join us in opposing this new data center in east Tulsa. The planning commission vote is set for March 18, so please sign now!

I live two miles from the proposed site, which how convenient that it’s located RIGHT NEXT TO A WATER RESERVOIR. Don’t let this manipulative company just do what they want. They can go somewhere else if they don’t want to abide by what they originally stated.

I can see nothing here that can benefit Oklahoma in the long run. Possible foreign ownership, high utility consumption, minimal employment opportunities.

No more data centers in our vicinity! First data center was not presented factually for residents. We now know what issues it entails. Please support the residents not an unknown mega corporations.

Please consider studying the effects on surrounding land and water usage as it affects the community of hard working people living in the area. In other areas of our state and other localities residents have seen a higher cost in utilities as compared to pre-data center life. When our state a local municipalities give tax breaks to corporations for x number of years the companies stay the allotted time and move out of state if not given extensions of benefits. Let’s spend some resources helping our citizens gain access to new businesses and support successful local small businesses that want to expand , grow and contribute to our economy in hiring new employees and increasing the size of their businesses.

We do t want or need any other data or industrial center. We have lived here for 32 years. You have destroyed everything good we have had since starting with the turnpike. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. Now we may as well live in the city. Thanks but no thanks.

Infrastructure does not support such big plans. Quit placing the buggy before your horses! Electricity outages are terrible currently to only get worse by this!
