What a travesty that Natick would even consider this This town strategic plan 2012 says that (araphrasing) The town conservation has done a poor job

Enough is enough. We don't need another McMansion crowded into a tight space.

They town really feels like they need to squeeze another house in there? What a mess that will be. Enough is enough with all this development nonsense.

The Charles River and its banks have provided much needed respite to people who have enjoyed the natural areas as places to relax and find peace . These areas also provide nesting for water fowl and other animals. We need to hold strong to our natural area protection covenants so we never lose these sensitive areas. We are destroying too many open areas with over building. I do not support this proposed building.

Keep the river frontage natural and respect the bylaws we have in place.

The building needs to stop. Especially around the Charles which is so important to support the animals that utilize the area for food and water. An a blissful place for humans to feel that peace

The wetlands protection act was put in place for a reason, to protect the wetlands. Therefore ConComms shouĺd enforce the 200 foot setback. Simple.
