Growing up 4 generations in Massachusetts I could not imagine destroying any banks of the Charles....There are many other locations that can be used...We need to redevelop old abandon factories and buildings and sustain the beauty for generations to come!!

The area this effects has a very fragile and valuable ecosystem. Environmental protections are in place for many VERY good reasons, and it's not just because people like the scenery. This is about the health of the river, and all surrounding land and forest. Disrupting this hidden gem should be considered the crime that it is. Environmental laws should be more abundant if anything, not thwarted for needless and hedonistic development. It is the job/responsibility/duty of the town to protect it's natural lands and waters, as well as it's people. Please don't cut major corners here. Protect your area.

This is the only natural place left in Natick. All residents benefit from this land.

The world is on track with organic and non gmo... why continue on the route we run from. Wake up and educate yourself please before our young generation goes back and blames you!!

I live in Natick and over the past several years the planning board has allowed extensive building in Natick. It seems that every parcel of land, either condos, town houses and or exsisting homes are being torn down, only to have much larger homes built on tiny parcel s of land. Our new High School is now over croweded! Try driving through down town Natick, what use to take 5 minutes to get from Wellesly through down town, now can easily take up to 20 minutes! Where is the planning board? Please do not build on the banks of the Charles River. Looks like Natick is looking to coolect as much tax revenue, rather than looking out for the people of Natick.
