I think it is so sad that the state would allow the emotional abuse of our children to go on. Having to worry that if they get wrong answers on a test may get their favorite teacher fired, one who has made such a difference in their academic career. Some kids just do not test well under these conditions, test the teachers abilities and leave our kids alone.

My daughter has special needs and cannot comprehend this stupidity that is called common core. I dont even understand it sometimes and I now am researching homeschooling my child as a result. Is this the states way to have people fall out of school and take less paying jobs so the rich can get richer. Its totally stupid and for a child with special needs its torture. You MUST want children to fail!! I"m totally disgusted.

STOP STRESSING THE KIDS SO MUCH! THEY ALREADY GET TESTS IN THEIR CLASSES AND GET HOMEWORK. HOW WELL THEY DO ON IT SHOULD DECIDE IF THEY GET PROMOTED TO THE NEXT GRADE OR NOT. WE DON'T NEED EXTRA TESTS
