The way they are teaching our children is deplorable, they are taking SIMPLE concepts and making them so difficult it is frustrating to many children. Telling children how to think is wrong they should be exposed to concepts and choose what works for them not told how to do something with pictures, and graphs, and double tape diagrams and made to do it that way.

My son is in third grade, special Ed.
Its not fair that he is being treated like a robot. Everyone learns in their own way. All anyone cares about any more is a damn test score. Its disgusting.

I have a second grader who is starting to say he "hates math". There is a problem if they are starting to feel that way when jusdt learning! I do not agree with the extra work and extra steps for a simple addition problem

This is total dictatorship, which is handicapping our children. ALL educators know that not all children learn the same way. Forcing them to learn this insane math, is destructive psychologically to children who are not wired that way!

My previous straight A student is now failing math due to common Core. And I have no idea how to even do my third grader's math. Please stop the madness.

is not working in the goals of common core are unconstitutional and illegal. It is failed many times in the past and our children should not be treated as lab rats.

My 9 yr old son is brilliant and I was always told how smart he was. That is until he took the common core and I received a letter that said he needed to take "special classes". I DONT THINK SO! Do NOT judge my child based on outragous test scores! This needs to STOP! Our children are NOT common, so stop these tests!!!

CC is hurting the fun of learning. CC is a worm that destroys our kids confidence . CC does not create skills it destroys them. It is intended to create brain-washed creatures no real human beings. CC is destroying the joy in my family. CC should go! Let the kids discover the joy of learning. It is a wonderful world for them to discover, why should we force them to meet some stupid standards.
