My kids can't understand this math!!! This hurts my kids, it is a rediculous method. And, this is all for GRANTS??!! Money?? Get rid of common core standardized education

After two years of this nonsense, I have come to believe that the NYS common core tests are a form of child abuse. Why are my young children being put through this? Who is looking out for their welfare when it comes to education? Obviously not the Governor.

We will not tolerate this crap of downsizing learning for our children. New York needs to scrap common core right down the toilet. Our kids are Honor Roll and High Honor Roll. They have lived overseas and have traveled extensively. They know how the world works and they know what is right and wrong. They are all gifted in many ways. They are Decent and Loving and Caring to all. They know Common Core is a Hoax Like Global Warming is and always will be. We gave our daughter permission to turn down doing a paper on "What would they do if there was a law for families to only have 2 children?" Gee a Communist Question(China) for an Essay. We told her not to write on it, and she agreed it was awkward. We sent the teacher a note. And surprisingly the teacher gave her another subject to write on. We will not comply with common core. It is false teachings.

You politicians are the biggest thieves and liars. I work in a correctional facility and I have seen more honesty in crooks. Stay out of educational matters and stick to what you do best. Lie with a smile

Obfuscatory jargon and roundabout senseless methods that seem designed expressly to *prevent* children from learning. As such, as a learning prevention strategy, common core is actually pretty ingenious!
