As it stands, in addition to the water shortage issues, increased traffic, the adverse effects of cannabis, and the general culture that corresponds with the use of cannabis highly recommend this project not be approve.

Water is a big issue here why do people insist on introducing a project that would need water in an area that does not have water.. Thi project is totally wrong for this area. As a land owner in the area I an not in favor of this development lets preserve our way of life our animals and our land.

Not good for our neighborhood. Jeopardizes many families way of life, will destroy the fragile ground water situation and endanger families throughout the valley

This project will bring multiple unwanted elements in to the peaceful Pozo area, as described in the petition, and I oppose the plan.

This is the WRONG placer. We do not have enough water. We are a high fire area and the wildlife need protection. We need no industry in this area. Plus I feel the project will be compromised if it moves forward.

There is not enough infrastructure to handle this type of business. Lack of water, the roads are not suitable for traffic of this magnitude, fire hazard, chemicals will be leached in to our drinking waters for us and generations to come.

Grew up on Parkhill Road, and my dad grew up on Parkhill Road. We all know times are changing, and change can be good, but when it comes to water, we all need to put a lot of thought and research into something befire we decide to change it.

I agree that resources do not support this type of industrial operation in a ag zoned area.

A HUGE NO! There are too many negatives associated with a project such as this. I’m surprised it is even being considered. Water is already scarce, roads are too narrow, pesticides and fertilizers used causing contamination, fire danger, and the potential for increased crime. No!

Too much un necessary traffic which will cause an accident. There is NOT enough water out here for us the people who live here let alone someone who would use 5000 goals or more a day. Not to mention the pesticides going into Santa Margarita lake which is our drinking water or into our ground and being absorbed into our basin then we pump them up into our wells . NO THANK YOU. I Vote NO !!!!!!

This is a mistake, there is already too much illegal activity going on in the hills. With the inconsistent water supply, the traffic and lack of infrastructure as well as money to help maintain the roads out here, this would be dangerous and have too many negative affects. Also, pesticides used on these farms can contaminate the local hay fields, water, air as well as wildlife.

we have no water for our families just to live, if they use water to "grown" then what good is that for the families that are there to just live. Water is not an option to live it is a necessity. Our water is already barely there with the drought this grow needing over 5000 gallons of water a day wiukd be devastating for the neighborhood.

River Road is to narrow to sustain the traffic and someone will get hurt in accident

No thanks! Our water supply is fragile. We have enough problems with covert businesses and unwanted thugs out here!
