they should not destroy the land that is beautiful. this land need to to stay the same way that it was. if we make the cluster home this will make will increase the traffic that there is on the road. let not let the cluster home get built. if they do get built this will bring the surrounding houses value down.

Please do not let Kurt Krueger decide our zoning laws. It will cause a huge traffic problem because the intersection is already used by many people from behind this area. Cluster homes will become an eyesore and cheapen the area. Single homes on 1/2 acre lots according to the zoning laws!

Sunset Hills is unique in the metro area because it provides residents the beauty of nature and open spaces that you would find in more rural communities, yet is close to everything a large city offers. This is precious; don't give away the prize feature of our community so that the developer and property owner can turn it into their personal profit by squeezing in excessive homes and changing the character of our community! There is absolutely no other reason to change the current zoning of that land. While the Planning and Zoning Committee voted to recommend this against the will of every resident there except for one, I hope that the aldermen and mayor will look out for us and represent our interests.

As a resident of sunset hills for 30 years, I am opposed to this development and any future changes to the zoning ordinances.. we need do preserve Sunset Hills and its zoning laws and stop trying to shoe horn more homes into these neighborhoods... Additionally we should not allow homes to be built behind other homes, it just reduces the value of the properties surrounding these types of developments and makes Sunset Hills look foolish when it comes to our zoning laws.... thanks Phil Hanneke

I completely oppose the re-zoning of the Sunset Hills property at Lincoln and Robyn for the development of cluster homes.

Sunset hills "comprehensive plan" states "Sunset Hills has established itself as one of the most distinctive
residential communities in the St. Louis region, largely defined by its estate homes situated on rolling, wooded lots loc"ated in
the greater Meramec River valley" and its desire to "Retain low density residential zoning", I do not believe "Cluster homes" with lot size of less then 9000 sqft qualify withing this plan or as R2 standards of lot sizes not less than 20,000 sq ft. I ask for the board to Oppose this development.

I am against the idea of building cluster homes and changing the zoning to reduce lot sizes that has made Sunset Hills a desirable area to live in.

I am against the idea of cluster homes in Sunset Hills. This is a neighborhood community that has very little land left and those sites should be developed into single family home sites like the rest of Sunset Hills. There is no reason to sell this land or allow an owner to develop anything but single family homes with yards and normal set backs like the rest of the community.
