No to any attached homes or homes on less than 1 half Acre been here since it was a bedroom Community. I am disappointed in the mayor making the deciding vote for a carwash/gas station.

I live next door. My dad bought the property in 1947. We love the way sunset hills looks and don’t want this next door.

Have we not learned our lessons from past mistakes? Every time we have changed zoning for something like this it has been a disaster. We don’t need this type of development in Sunset Hills and we certainly don’t need it trashing a one acre single family residential area. Keep our city beautiful.

This kind of shoddy building and high density crap is EXACTLY why I moved out of St. Charles and back to STL County. Many of the homeowners here take pride in having unique, well built homes with nice yards and to add a development like this will certainly take away from those existing homeowners. If someone wants to be able to reach out their window and shake hands with the neighbor standing in the next home over, there are plenty of other such developments outside of the Sunset Hills area already.

Beware that the mayor and the Aldermen are for it! The meeting is Dec 11. Please call all the Aldermen and stand up for the character of our city

Will they ever quit. Sunset hills is too smart to let them use us for a means to get rich. We have a board who promised to protect this from happening. Get rich and take advantage of someone else please, and leave sunset hills alone!

No thank you. This area can be developed in other ways and doesn’t need “cookie cutter” houses from cheap builders.

This is out of character for the neighborhood. Please respect the residents' opinions reflected in the strategic plan and the current zoning laws, not the profit requirements of the developer and the property owner.

Cluster homes are wrong for Sunset Hills and do not confirm with the comprehensive plan. “Garage centric” homes do not confirm to the diversity of our beautiful community. We need to fight these zoning changes and fight for what attracted us to Sunset Hills!

This development would be a huge mistake for this neighborhood and for the City. It is out of character with the neighborhood and is not in conformity with the Comprehensive Plan. What is wrong with the current R-2 Zoning?

We already have zoning laws in place and the City of Sunset Hills is always having meetings to change the existing zoning on the books. Give them the dam existing zoning laws and if they don't like it they need to move on. I haven't seen any for sale signs on this property why is that?
