A project similar to this on the same property was turned down several years back because it would cause too much traffic. Now we have other developments and just because the neighborhood’s entrance would be farther up Old Hundred Rd. It will still cause a huge amount on the same road.

I have lived I chesterfield for a year and there have been multiple serious accidents on old hundred road and on the corner of old hundred and Hull street road. The proposal that would increase the traffic on these roads will only end to more accidents

This development will negatively impact the roads and traffic!

This area is too congested already. It’s nothing to sit through the traffic light 2-3 times. Please do not do this.

Just no! Too much congestion on Hull St already. Will be turning our beautiful wood like community into the next Short Pump!

I don’t think the effect of this new project on the existing development of Brandermill is being fairly considered. Congestion and housing density are what many of us left behind when we moved to this area. Please think about the damage over development can do. Thank-you.

Unsupportable traffic situation for Brandermill's many residents 60 and older, even during so-called transportation off-hours

We need to have controlled growth, not just growth. Living in Brandermill is wonderful. Drastic increases in noise and traffic will make Brandermill a much less desirable place to live.

There are enough housing options in this area right now. Nothing should be considered until school crowding and dangerous roads are addressed.

This is insane that anyone will consider adding more traffic to what is already a difficult set of roads to navigate during high usage times

This doesn’t make sense.

The Colverleigh project is not suitable for the area. Without Hull Street access the high density project would produce unacceptable traffic load on Old Hundred Rd. This worsen the situation at Old Hundred and Hull Street Rd. Until the County and VDOT extend Powhite this project should be rejected or a lower use should be considered.

Please consider stopping this project. Please let this community remain the way it is... there has been so much growth lately--- to what end? The infrastructure is not there to support more growth. We are not Northern Virginia-- please stop!

We are against the Cloverleigh project. It will increase traffic and decrease the quality of life for many citizens.

Due to the tremendous amount of congestion and overcrowding, I am strongly opposed to the Cloverleigh project.

Please do not add to the dangerous congestion along Old Hundred Road. The intersection is already too crowded, and a new development would just add to the unsafe flow of traffic.

At times, Old Hundred is already a nightmare.

It's a horrible location for new development and the influx of traffic will make it extremely frustrating to travel through there. It's already a mess. Move it elsewhere.

This is a horrible idea. Chesterfield BOS is trying to cram 10 pounds of crap into a 5 pound bag. No matter how wide you make Old Hundred Rd., placing a stop light at the entrance to Market Square would create a quagmire of preposterous proportions. STOP THE MADNESS!
