Traffic is already outrageous on Old Hundred Rd, given the drivers who cut Thru Brandermill to get to Hull St.

The chesterfield Board has been getting kickbacks and donations from builders. It is disgusting. The traffic is bad enough over the last two years. I’m sick of sitting at the same red lights two and three times. Get a grip. Stop building.

Overdevelopment has become a serious problem in chesterfield. Many of us moved to this area because of the natural surroundings. Please help us keep some!

Genito and Old Hundred are bad enough. We don’t need another group of apartments to make everything worse

There are way too many houses and apartments in the Brandermill area. Please do not build the housing behind Market Square.

Area seems better suited for single family homes similar to those already in the area, which would result in lower density population for that land

Chesterfield county BOS needs to stop auctioning off our green spaces to the highest bidder. Vote them out!

Please stop or make the developers responsible for the roads- I hate the drive to work - everyone from other counties are amazed at the road impact and often refuse to come into the county due to traffic.

These traffic and safety concerns are real. I hope these concerns will be heard and the reality of the impact of this development will be recognized and the project stopped.

It is way past time to stop this type of uncontrolled development without developer accountability for infrastructure and schools.

The schools do not have room for this many children added. The road is extremely crowded now and once the water park and the new homes are added it will be extremely crowded and dangerous.

There is so much traffic already on Old Hundred Rd and many near accidents that I hear about including near misses with pedestrians going to the two schools and walking on the local neighborhood trails.

I am opposed to this development. We do not have the infrastructure to support it.

There is not enough in the community to support the water from our swift creek res, or our public schools in the area. Really can not do this. Look at the numbers, the only thing that looks good is the person’s pocket being lined….. and that pocket…. Does not belong to any of the people who live here already dealing with over population in our schools and seeing the damage to our natural resources.

Traffic is already horrific along Old Hundred, Watermill Parkway, and Woolridge with drivers commuting from 288 and the Powhite Parkway to all the new communities built in the last few years. All this unbridled development in this part of the county has overwhelmed our infrastructure. ENOUGH!

We must focus on our infrastructure before approving new developments.

The greed and lack of strategic thinking of the BOS is killing our county. Traffic is already a mess. The schools are already over crowded. All the BOS sees is more tax $$$, and I am sure developer $$$ in their campaign funds.
