Traffic on Hull Street is absolutely a mess at current conditions. We haven’t even had occupancy in the apartment complex at commonwealth 20 or the new townhomes behind the Walmart at Winterpock and Hull Street. Chesterfield County has allowed an explosion of development without keeping up with the infrastructure for the last 10 years and we are all feeling the pain of it. I agree completely, enough is enough. I’m already furious, and this does not help.

Enough is enough!! There are plenty housing developments in this area already. Traffic is a complete nightmare!!

Enough is enough. There are other developments still being built. Why do we need a new one? Magnolia Green is still underway, Rountrey is still being built. We don’t need another development. You’re going to cut down more trees, destroy more land, and leave more wild animals left scrambling to find other places. You’re destroying natural habitats. Please don’t allow this to happen!

Those of us living in the area are over it. I moved here to get away from the very congestion you are permitting.

Please do not build one more thing on Hull St or any street, subdivision or other area. Chesterfield has way too much traffic on it as too many things and mainly housing is going up. Enough is Enough!! We don’t need anymore housing or any other buildings in Chesterfield.

No / Old Hundred is too congested already. Many students at CHHS use old hundred & school buses. Safety should be the focus.

No development needed. Opposed. Please be advised this is a major concern and detractor to our children and family safety.

The situation is bad as it is. Every additional project will impact traffic, schools and overall quality of this area negatively. I hope this project doesn't come to pass!

We don’t need anymore “enhancements” to land adjacent to Brandermill!

Old Hundred Rd and the Hull Street intersection (light) will not be able to handle the increased traffic. Vote NO.

This should not be approved. It will cause to much traffic. With 2 schools nearby, it will be very unsafe.
