The schools have staff shortages and are using trailers for classrooms. We need to focus on the people already living here. There are plenty of homes and apartments for people looking anyway.

Going the wrong direction. Every school is already overcrowded and using trailers for classrooms. Also too much traffic and crime. Lets focus on the people who already live here and are paying taxes.

Hell no. Chesterfield has gotten greedy and all they think about is money! Not the people that live here.

The traffic is bad enough, and it's already VERY dense in that area. Plan better?

Please stop! This whole corridor is saturated. We cannot absorb any more traffic or animals with no where to go. If we had wanted to live in Northern Virginia, we would have moved there.

Additional development of high density housing that feeds into the intersection of old hundred and Hull street road Will burden this interest section beyond recovery.

Don't want the additional traffic or crime that comes with communities like this.

Chesterfield needs to realign it's priorities and focus on long-term quality of life for county residents. Dense housing, more strip malls and traffic vs more green space etc.

Board of Supervisors are not truly transparent as they claim they are listening to the citizens That they represent. They should disclose what funding are they receiving from developers. This has a direct impact on the tax payers. Increase in property taxes so the Board of Supervisors can spend more of our money.

Hull St. is too built up as it is. No new developments!

This area is not equipped to handle the current glut of homes and businesses. The infrastructure doesn't exist.

We are already so overcrowded it's miserable to live and drive here. This overdevelopment madness must end now. Pretty sure that no one who approves this lives in the area.

I moved to Chesterfield County in 2009. With each passing year I’ve watched the area take steps to achieve what I was trying to avoid, DC traffic! It’s time to pause all of this development and do some planning to see if further growth should even be an option and if it is, do it in ways that will not make the current traffic nightmares even worse.

I am tried of all the building going on. Enough is enough. It’s going to be to the point where are grandchildren and great grandchildren won’t have any land to farm.

So glad to see local residents expressing a real frustration to this Board regarding the over-development of the Route 360 area. If anyone is interested in discussing this or any other topic with my campaign, visit my website at jasonforsupervisor.com (Twitter, FB, and email address are linked there).

You all care about the revenue but you don’t care about the impacts to both schools, people and animals. Quit being selfish!

We are very concerned about the impact this will have to traffic and schools. Please reconsider.
