It is not possible to improve the nearby roads enough to accommodate this project without robbing established residents of a considerable portion of their property values. It should not go forward unless access can be moved away from Old Hundred.

Cloverleigh should be a resounding NO for the Board of Supervisors. The proposed road changes would essentially cut off the front entrance to Brandermill. Old Hundred is already a major route to two schools, a hospital the sports complex, The Towns, Brandermill
and will be for the forthcoming water park.

That is not the only area being over-developed! Let's also look at the end of 288 around Rte 1 and Rio Vista, and further down Osborne toward Old Stage Road. The supervisors are REQUIRED to notify residents of upcoming developments and ALL related hearings. Not only do they refuse to notify, they approve and push forward as if the current residents have no voice in what is being done in our neighborhoods! Unacceptable! It's time to speak with our vote and REMOVE those who think gaining tax dollars is all that matters. I don't want anymore trees cut down. There won't be any wild life left to enjoy.

This brings nothing but more congestion and frustration to an already overdeveloped and impossible to travel area - especially when it involves Hull St, 288, or Old hundred Rd. which most do whether a trip to school, the grocery store, gas, restaurants, etc. There is little quality of life and no aesthetics or rest for the eye or mind. UGH. Will be moving asap.

I believe we don’t not need these new homes, it will worsen quality of living and reduce the beauty of the Brandermill area by cutting down trees and putting roads in.
