I can't imagine the traffic backups & accidents if this project is allowed to proceed. The detrement to the affected Brandermill neighborhoods as well as the businesses in Market Square is beyond unfair.

No more developments! Enough. I know this will go through despite our opposition. Every other development has. No one listens to us. We only pay the taxes that keep the authorities in office!

Without proper planning for the impact on schools and traffic, the size of this planned development is not appropriate for this location. It will only result in a lowering of the general quality of life for the entire community.

If this is how Chesterfield Co plans to pay for infrastructure development (privatization?), they should better consider and improve upon current infrastructure conditions for existing residents as well as create a going-forward solution that will not be over-burdened by approved development & planned density.

Fully agree with study and assessing all negative impacts of this development and demanding accommodations or concessions. Oppose builder projects and unconstrained County growth when it impairs our residents, their property values, and QOL. s
Set and enforce smart growth policies.

Cloverleigh will put our lives at risk. There is so much traffic today on Old Hundred Road this project will endanger our very lives when there is an emergency it would be harder and take longer for fire, police, and ambulance personnel to get to the emergency. The county is working today by working on Old Hundred Rd. surveying for something. I don't know if they are surveying for traffic lights or widening the road. My husband David and I are against Cloverleigh and any furture building anywhere near, around, through or in Nutree on Old Hundred Rd. and Brandermill.

There is enough development around Brandermill impacting traffic and schools to the detriment of our community. Between the retail/housing/outdoor venue going in by the sports complex and the town homes by Clover Hill there are enough housing options in our part of Chesterfield.

The 288/360 Interchange leading to South Old Hundred Road and the 14,000 Brandermill Community is already impassible. The addition of the Cloverleigh development will make it impossible. It is an issue that, if passed, will cause us to leave this community and take our vote and goodwill elsewhere.

The widening of Old Hundred from Market Square Ln to Hull St Rd will be devastating to the quality of life and property values of the neighborhoods in Brandermill that back onto Old Hundred.

This project has been on and off the table under different names for many years. I can see Old Hundred Road at the Market Square entrance, as well as 360 traffic light. With current traffic, there are many accidents all along this section of the road due to current traffic. There are no sidewalks or bike paths on Old Hundred. Walking to Market Square to support those businesses will now become a lot more dangerous. We already have a hotel at 360 and Old Hundred. Why do we need another one so nearby? Several Planters Wood neighborhood streets are not connected by Dominion to Brandermill's underground wiring but are connected to above ground power on Old Hundred Road, so when power outages happen some on the smaller Old Hundred heavily treed road some Brandermill residents from Phase 1 lose power first, and now on a smaller network, are last to recover power. We had County agreement to bury wiring along Old Hundred OR attach Brandermill homes wiring, already buried to the bigger Brandermill underground network if development did happen. That's disappeared somehow.. All of these issues involving public safety must be addressed by the County, as before. Also this has been a truck prohited road for decades, so the truck prohibited signs need to stay and be enforced. The impact on our schools and the impact on Market Square access for nearby residents must be addressed, as well as increased usage on Millridge, so people can avoid the usage of Old Hundred inevitable back ups due to increased traffic. More accidents are inevitable now too as people get frustrated waiting for longer times for green lights. Expect long backups on Millridge too, a huge issue for Brandermill residents. We wont be able to get out of our Millridge Parkway neighborhoods. People coming into Brandermill will use Millridge instead of Old Hundred because of increased traffic. The way this project is currently planned is dangerous for many County residents. Does anyone in the County care now as they di

This development would be very detrimental to the Brandermill community and increase the traffic congestion dramatically.

Cloverleigh will bring too much traffic with the hotel and restaurant.
