It would be completely irresponsible for the County to approve this project.

Chesterfield is experiencing an unsustainable degree of development in this area and we do not desire any additional traffic in/near our neighborhood of Brandermill.

This development will have a detrimental impact on Brandermill and all the other houses along Old Hundred Road.

Brandermill should not have to deal with a huge increase in traffic and further stalling cars going through the light at the entrance of Brandermill across from Commonwealth Center.

Need a traffic plan first!

As a resident and property owner in both Brandermill and Nutree and a Business Owner in Market Square I adamantly oppose this project that will have a very adverse effect on traffic, infrastructure and county resources!

The vehicle congestion and the terrible surface condition of Old Hundred Road is already dangerous. The additional traffic this development will generate is totally unacceptable. The Planning Commission and the Board of Supervisors have a responsibility to be advocates for their constituents not developers.

Brandermill will be adversely affected by this development, along with Nuttree and Rose Glen.

Please keep Chesterfield more rural - we chose NOT to live in Henrico or NOVA

Enough already! This area is becoming unrecognizable. Let's just kill all the nature so we can live in a concrete jungle. #enough

Enough of this development. The area cannot handle it. I can barely handle what we do have going on. I know Chesterfield County is a bunch of sellouts, but it’s time to stop.

The roads and schools are so crowded in this area already. This would devastate an already overcrowded area.
