Let's step back and take a deep breath. Do we really need more people, more traffic on already fragile infrastructure? Deep breath. We can look at this again in 10 years.

ENOUGH!!! Our area is already saturated...traffic is rated an F...We do not need any MORE high density housing in Chesterfield County...

The development will cause increased traffic on old hundred which is already a heavily traveled two lane road. It already takes over five minutes just to pull out of the neighborhood in the morning just from school traffic from swift creek and clover hill. We don’t need any more drivers on this road especially with so many new drivers going back and forth to school.

There is already too much traffic on Old Hundred Road. The volume of accidents on the corner to Hull is highest in the county. Tearing down the tree buffer between the houses and Old Hundred to expand the road will ruin the housing and make the area unlivable due to the already overwhelming noise and air pollution from vehicles.

I love living in Brandermill, it is like a little oasis from all the hubbub and crazy construction taking place around us. We DO NOT NEED more housing, more cars or more congestion impacting out neighborhood

This development will add many adverse conditions to this area. There are ZERO benefits to the area - of course, other than to fatten some pockets of people who will not have to deal with the disaster.

Very concerned about the impact to traffic patterns. There is not enough Hull Street access today for neighborhoods between 288 and the reservoir.

We must come together and put pressure on the County to study the adverse impact this will have if approved.

Enough is enough already. I would like to see the traffic count on Old Hundred Rd., for the past 10 years to see the traffic increase and compare it to the projected number that this development is going to create and the problems that will come with the added traffic.

The area is already too developed, and Chesterfield County is allowing development to happen so rapidly that it’s difficult to understand how the county’s infrastructure will keep up with all the people. Please stop this project.

I support the "Stop Cloverleigh Development" petition, particularly as it will prevent/hinder me from getting to my home from Hull Street Road.

Just stop. Where is the responsible growth? Our road is already considered number one for accidents in Chesterfield
