Stop the insanity and keep Palomar Airport from turning into another LAX project. I SUPPORT NO big commercial jets, NO low-flying noisy and polluting planes over homes and schools, and NO all-night air freight!

We need to keep the Palomar air traffic safe for the surrounding communities. Waiting for a catastrophic incident to occur will be too late for the county to come to their senses and adhere to the original safety plans for this airport.

Palomar Airport doesn’t control existing air traffic from ignoring flight path guidelines and constant circling over our neighborhoods and will provide even less control over these large commercial jets! Our community is being negatively affected by this and we are opposed to it!

I have lived in Carlsbad for many years and the flight noise has become increasingly worse. This is a residential neighborhood and we all have to put up with the increasing random flights at all hours of the day and night!! Unacceptable

C4FA.org is awesome. County board actions have been underhanded: defy City of Carlsbad, people of Carlsbad, their own 'Good neighbor' policy, AND a court order. Smacks of corruption.
"The County moved up the Board of Supervisors vote from early 2026 to their Wednesday, Dec 10th meeting, even though the City of Carlsbad submitted a letter requesting the County come to the City for permission as required by the 2021 Court order."

Please send the big jets away. My husband and I cannot sleep at night because of the loud noise of the big jets flying over our neighborhood late at night and after midnight. Once these jets wake us up in the middle of the night, we cannot get back to sleep. Our health is deteriorating!
