Stop big noisy jets flying over our homes. I’m waking up to a noise rather than my alarm nowadays at 5:55am-6:05 am. Kids as well don’t get enough sleep. This is ridiculous! Stop the nonsense!

This move by the County to encourage big jets in Carlsbad has negatively impacted our quality of life since the jets are flying directly over our home in Solamar. Black residue on our driveways (that we are breathing in) and noise at all hours of the day is making Carlsbad a sad place to live in.

The big jets are a problem. My biggest problem are the single engine props that use my house as a turning point and/or flyover. 2 weeks ago on a Saturday morning between 9-11 a.m. there 15-20 props fly directly over my house.

The pla es come right over my house before they land. Not fair that these big, loud, highly polluting planes and planes flying at all hours of the night are allowed to happen. People didn't buy their homes with these conditions. Shouldn't be able to destroy people's sleep, investment and health by changing the rules.

No commercial jets at Palomar Airport in Carlsbad. They are too loud, noisy, flying over several neighborhoods. This is not supported by residents.

The current situation at Palomar Airport is anything but friendly. Large commercial flights at 6am coupled with an extreme increase in other air traffic at all hours have made living in Carlsbad much less peaceful and much more dangerous. The pollution used to be negligible now I am cleaning black greasy dust from both outside and inside my home. Planes routinely ignore suggested hours of operation and suggested flight paths. Uncontrolled growth of the airport is NOT good for the many residents of Carlsbad who are now being affected by the noise, traffic and pollution.
