Management finally folded and agreed to install the cameras and security gates we demanded. These cowards have ignored our safety for too long so keep your eyes open to ensure they actually finish the work.
The massive surge of support proves that we are fed up with management ignoring our basic safety needs. Stonoview needs to stop dragging its feet and install these locks and cameras immediately.

Just want to make sure the signs are small and pleasing to the eye. I understand the need for them but don’t want it to seem like a fortress and distract from the beauty of our neighborhood

I was told there are two other entrances into Stonoview. However, the streets are owned by the city. Therefore, my suggestion is to take them over so the community can add additional gated entrances.

We really need these security issues self with. It’s just a matter of time before someone gets hurt at the dock to the pool because the gates are not secure.

We want to do everything we can to support making these improvements to our neighborhood.

We continue since last fall to hear the gate is being repaired and keys were being sent out. The gate is an eye sore at a minimum and a risk to the community and an aggravation that the community property is not being secured.

We moved into this neighborhood 9/1/2021 and since late fall we have had a broken gate that is still not fixed. I attended the board meeting and we were told then we were getting keys and again just a couple months ago. The gate is still broken and we have no keys. This is disappointing, a safely issue and an eye sore. We need action now before someone is hurt or more vandalism happens.
