This is such a beautiful and tasteful combination!

There is no reason this paint combo shouldn't not be approved.

Allow more flexibility in paint colors!

Dark colored trims and contrasting trims are very current trends for all styles not just craftsmen. Don’t make our neighborhoods look dated.

We have had so many issues with paint selections wether it be our door color, gutters, fence, you name it

Two colors is too restrictive and not in keeping with the style.

3 colors will add so much to the homes in the neighborhood! Will help our homes truly shine and keep our small community beautiful and original!

I love how unique our neighborhood is and adding a bit more color would make it so much more inviting.

Great care was taken by the original developers of Stonebridge Ranch with regard to the Craftsmen communities color palettes. As an original homeowner, I should be able to re-paint my home within the color system my home was purchased. (Multiple, tasteful colors). Please consider these neighborhoods original vision. Thank you.

We have lived in Regent’s Park since it was first being built and are the original owner of our house. We actually have 4 paint colors, per the original specifications for this neighborhood (one base color, one trim color and 2 accent colors). These houses are designed with different architectural materials (hardie shake or fish scale siding) Which is designed to be painted with a color palette of complementary colors. To limit to only 2 colors takes away the beauty and uniqueness of this style of house.

Things like this, bettering your home, keeping up with the times, beautifying your home, should in no question be allowed.

SBR needs to update bylaws to allow darker trim paint and also three exterior paint colors to be used on the cottage style (not brick) homes.

The house is going to be beautiful and on-trend in those colors. Most model homes are using similar palettes now and this would bring the value of the area up significantly if the colors are allowed. There is absolutely no sense in keeping the homeowners from upgrading their own home!

Craftsman design styled homes should be allowed paint color combinations different from what is required of traditional styled homes. Dark trim colors can look nice and appropriate on a Craftsman style. Please have some flexibility with homeowners with these type hom.

We want our neighborhoods to retain the authentic look as originally designed, which met Stonebridge standards.

HOA needs to RELAX!

We should definitely be allowed 3 colors since our homes have siding. We should also be able to choose the colors we want.

Ridiculous! We had our house repainted with 3 colors a few years ago. Why change it?
