We were told there was no apartments when we purchased. That was one of the reasons we bought here.

No. Definitely not okay with this due to inadequate parking, increased traffic, and lack of access to major traffic roads...it'll come right down the middle of my street.

No to the 96 Unit Apt. This is a residential neighborhood with only two ingress/egress roads. Traffic from the apartments would make already congested neighborhood roads dangerous. It would also increase traffic dangers for kids at the elementary school.

That’s a huge increase in units and I share concerns about traffic and neighborhood congestion. I know Bend needs more affordable housing and I support that but I’m concerned about the limited entry points into the neighborhood as well as the effect of all that growth in our only (small) green space and park.

How can you justify a 3X increase in number of units? This will wreak havoc on traffic at the Alstrup/Brosterhouse intersection. Please keep your original plans.

32 townhomes is okay. 96 apartments is too much for our neighborhood.

This neighborhood cannot accommodate this many more units! Please stick to the builders original proposal of townhomes!

Apartments should not be allowed in that small of space. Townhouses we're originally planned. Not enough street access or parking for 96 units. Please only allow the original plan

Infrastructure needs to be updated before this neighborhood can accommodate this many more cars. Brentwood needs to be paced, and a 4-Way stop added. The complex needs to guarantee people will use their parking spaces or “garage” and not use it for storage.

This was originally planned to be town homes. Quietly the developers have been adjusting their plans and adding in more and more apartments without enough parking to accommodate them. They charge exorbitant rates that do nothing to alleviate the need for affordable housing and this tiny neighborhood can not handle this proposed level of population density.

I am not in agreement with adding an additional apartment complex to the Stone Creek community when it was not originally planned and could potentially have a negative impact on the value of my property along with increased foot, animal and automobile traffic.

Too much traffic in this small area. There isn't enough parking and open space for 96 more units.
