Too many doors in too little space. 96 units is far too many when there are already plan to put in another 50+ houses in this back area as well. We're looking at adding in over 250 cars into this tiny space (2 cars per 50 houses, 151 spaces designated for complex). Community over profits, please. Go back to the original plan of 48 townhomes if you're unwilling to build single family homes.

A 96-unit apartment complex would bring significantly more traffic through our neighborhood than the originally-planned townhomes, being placed furthest from the main roads leading out of the neighborhood. This is a concern to me in terms of noise and safety for children playing/walking home from school.
It's also unclear to me where the builder plans to fit in enough parking to accommodate that many residents, and I am concerned parking for the apartments would overflow into our streets.

The apartments will not have direct access to Reed Market Rd. thus forcing hundreds of vehicles daily onto small residential streets.

With the addition to the nearly 100 more homes in our neighborhood that was not planned for this will cause a large congestion of vehicles and traffic. An area of just over 3 acres is not large enough to build an apartment complex of 96 units. This would make it unsafe for both pedestrians and drivers. Our neighborhood is close to an elementary school this could make it dangerous for children that walk home from school. Also, you must consider how adding an apartment complex would effect the property values of all of our homes. During a time when we have paid top dollar for home prices.
I would like to know how and why the Stone Creek master plans are being changed.

This neighborhood was not designed to house this amount of traffic. 96 units with an average of 2 vehicles per household, there is no way this complex will have the ability to support 192 vehicles for parking in our tiny area! Putting 96 homes in the BACK of a neighborhood with one main road in and two side streets through neighborhoods is insane. We were sold our homes in Stone Creek being told this area would likely hold a few triplex and/or townhomes!
