We considered the master plan when we purchased our home and it was clearly labeled as townhomes. It is very disingenuous to update the plans this late into development. However, I am okay with the plan change as long as their is additional access to Reed Market.

Rivers Edge just proved the same thing. This must stop and only City Hall and City Planners can make it stop.

I do not support the request for higher density buildings.

Been swindle before by a planning and then the real upgraded secret plans.

Obvious deceit. If you build this in my neighborhood, I cannot guarantee safety from fire or other natural disasters. Just something to think about. Might not want to waste all that money in such a dangerous area! :)

This was NOT agreed on at any time. I am totally against it and cannot believe it is approved!

People bought homes in the Farmington neighborhood with the previous plans in mind. Not being between two apartment complexes (Seasons). The apartments being built charge for the parking and do not have enough spots and the neighborhood has to deal with over flow, extra traffic, let alone the overload of dogs, dog feces, dogs off leash from renters who don’t care about the neighborhood like home owners do. The neighborhood also has to deal with smokers loitering as the current apartments do not allow smoking on their property. We signed up for and invested in a home based on the current plans of expanded home ownership not apartments. If this goes through, the builder should be responsible for improving roads (paving Brentwood, traffic light) and sidewalks. BPM had to improve the 3rd/Brosterhaus intersection as well as the turn off Brosterhaus into the neighborhood.

When I bought my house over a year ago. They lied and said they would not be putting in any apartments.

NO WAY!! This is BAIT and SWITCH by the developer. This is NOT a space or place for a high riser apartment complex. It was sold a FAMILY community -- with homes and townhomes. This can be a huge liability of ethics if the builder attempts to do this

I am against high density multifamily housing based on the intended plans for this area when I bought my house.

NO, NO, NO! This neighborhood does not want 96 apartments creating traffic and over crowding at the schools and the one small park. We do not approve of the builder changing plans after we bought with the original plans. In addition it decreases our property values and makes the neighborhood less livable. NO!
