Steward Bank is stealing our money. I was a victim before l changed to FBC when they deducted $170 from a failed transaction. They also deducted $1000 from my account after a failed bank to ecocash transfer. They again deducted $50 from a failed Mastercard transaction. I have noticed that if you're not aware of their mistakes, they don't give you back your money. It usually takes more than a month to reverse their mistakes. I encourage econet to refrain from the banking sector and concentrate on selling airtime because they have proved beyond any reasonable doubt that they're incompetent
Been trying to solve an issue for employees who didn't get their salaries its now the 2 week and nothing has been done have sent several emails to salaries department but no response,, phones are not answered they promise to retain call and emails but they don't
Steward bank to Manure. They reverse client's transactions without client's knowledge and consent. you call and email their Account Executives and they don't respond. Other banks such as CABS and CBZ are better
I have 4 transactions from steward bank and their Ecocash card values at $600 and all nit reversed in one month . If this is normal to steward bank then they are indeed in the business of defrauding clients. I need my money back

I have lost my whole June Salary in the Steward Bank duping scam. My salary was transferred on the 22nd of June and up to now it is neither here nor there. I have gone to the branch countless times. And we initiated a recall of the money and it never reached our company accounts. I requested for a bank statement they always tell me some funny story that the system is down or something. This is so annoying these are people's live you playing with. My suspicions are that they raid our monies and invest them in money markets and earn interests but i think this is not just unfair 360 greed. Mr Masiiwa sir you are a billionare why would you be stealing such petty monies from the poor. I am so mad!! AARRRRRRRH....
