The logos do not look alike in anyway and stayshredded clearly has the three differentiations required by law to not infringe on artistic copyright ok ncluding the shape of the slash and it's orientation, the inclusion of the "S" and it's position as the focal point, and the color and don't used for the two brand.
That's a pretty stupid argument. There's a BIG difference between an "S" and an "M"! Its petty if they say the shred marks look like a sideways M - as if that's what the consumer would relate to Monster products? Stupid!
I really dont fell confused about this logo its clearly and very diferent the shape and color too actualy Im a Lawyer Attornwy here in Venezuela and if I can help you guys in any way contar me please.
It is clearly not related to Monster Energy in any way. Monster Energy is terrible for your health while STAY SHREDDED promotes a healthy lifestyle and helps you look good in the gym.
Claims make no sense at all, 1, logos look nothing alike 2, how can you confuse a drink with active wear? Monster should be happy with what they are making and leave smaller buisness alone. If push comes to shove please let me know so i can purchase more of your awesome active wear before its to late!

I never noticed it looked like the monster trademark. I use this brand not for the logo but the equipment and clothing. The thought of Monster Energy never crossed my mind when seeing the logo.
