I feel very guilty that I have created this petition for Joe Frazier after he has passed away because this should have been done many years ago. Although I am not here to bash anyone and I think it is very commendable that Sylvester Stallone had his statue created for Rocky III and then gave it to Philadelphia as a gift. But the fact remains that Joe Frazier was a former Olympic and Undisputed World Heavyweight boxing champion, whose professional career lasted from 1965 to 1976 and Rocky was a fictional boxer character. Please sign his petition in honor of Joe Frazier. Thank you.
