We the people of the United States, in response to on-going dialogue regarding recent mass killings by use of guns, and through recommendations by the NRA to remove weapons from those who demonstrate mentally unstable behavior, do petition the state of Tennessee and its mental health services, along with the Tennessee Department of Homeland Security to remove all guns from the possession of James Yeager, the CEO of Tactical Response until his mental state can be assessed. This petition is based on evidence gathered through numerous videos produced by James Yeager demonstrating a highly unstable and unpredictable behavior with regard to threats made against the general public and the government were anyone to attempt to confiscate his guns due to undetermined regulations. We the people and residents of this country feel threatened by James Yeager's remarks as they demonstrate an emotional instability while in possession of semi automatic weapons.
