Seeing this kind of movement makes me think about those long nights listening to Carter and Ralph on the porch with my father. Their music defined our lives and I am truly moved to see so many others feel the same way about their rightful place in the Hall of Fame.

Very surprised not to see the Stanley Bros name in CMHOF! He is ill now and I would hate ronseenit come posthumously. Would love to have him known it because it will happen.
Long overdue. These guys basically built the whole genre. Get them in the hall of fame now.
RALPH STANLEY DESERVES THIS HONOR WHILE HE IS STILL WITH US. TRULY DISAPPOINTING THAT THEY HAVE BEEN IGNORED.
How have they not been inducted yet? Absolute legends who changed country music forever. Fix this.
They are the real deal and it is a crying shame they have been overlooked for so long. Put them in already.

Its disgusting that it even needs a petition to get this done, the Stanley Brothers should have been inducted years ago but it seems that those in the USA that are responsible for choosing will wait until Ralph is no longer with us before they see fit to award them what they so richly deserve.
