AS A FORMER ST JOES STUDENT IN THE 80'S MR BO IS A GREAT PERSON AND HAS INTEGRAL AND PASSION FOR THE SCHOOL. MR BO IS THE FACE OF ST JOES AND HE HELP ME MY FAMILY SO MUCH HERE. HE SHOULD LEAVE ON MR BO TERMS NOBODY ELSES.

Mr. and Mrs. Boniti have impacted the lives of multiple generations, just within my own family alone! I will continue to support and pray that they will receive the proper treatment and recognition for their lifelong devotion to our Catholic community.

I have known Mr. BONITI since i was a small child, before i even started Kindegarten. I am now 37 and a mother whose son attends Mr. Bonitis school. This man has helped and blessed, not only my family growing up and as a dear friend of my dads, but also as an adult with my own family. This man is a blessing to this school, community, and is inspiring as a leader and educator. Mr. Boniti deserves to retire when and how he feels he is ready.

43 years speaks high volume in today's society especially with all that has happened in many schools across the country. Mr. Boniti has earned the trust and love of many !

I was privileged and blessed to have this wonderful man as a teacher and my children had him as a principal. Not having him return would be an enormous loss for the children and parents in this school community!

As a former teacher with many years in the Catholic school system, I do not understand this action. The one think we were always told was that it was a shame our schools lost good teachers after a few years because they gained experience and left for county jobs--better pay and benefits. Very few stayed for most of their career. Al has been a stabilizing force in this community and Saint Joseph School for decades. If nothing else the catholic school board leaders should allow him to retire when he chooses---not be slapped in the face.

Maybe we need to rethink everything here. We are the ones who are "Church and School" If not for us, there is no School , there is no Church. WE NEED TO MAKE A STAND. I'm very much considering attending and supporting St. Peter's in Steubenville. I want nothing to do with this diocese. As of late, they've been on a search and destroy mission. Maybe we should do our worship and financial support elswhere. HIT 'EM IN THE POCKETBOOK, IT'S THE ONLY THING THEY UNDERSTAND.

I just don't understand this!! Mr. and Mrs. Boniti have been part of our St. Joseph's Catholic FAMILY since I can remember. The LOVE they have always shown is BEYOND WORDS. THANK YOU for helping us raise our children and guide them in the faith. We LOVE and SUPPORT you 100%!

A man that has served not only his school but the church and his family for this long deserves to be treated better than this. Weirton has turned into a dark place and Mr. Boniti is a light that needs to keep shining in that school.

43 years of dedication to our Catholic schools deserves better! I hear the talk about the sacrifices Catholic school teachers make to dedicate their lives to our kids but when it comes down to it, the Diocese tosses people like Al aside without a second thought. Shameful and hypocritical!
