Stand With The Badge is a Facebook Group started in January 2019 by a Southern California Democrat and a Texas Republican. We live in different worlds, geographically and politically, but we have one thing in common- we stand with the badge. We support all those who serve behind the badge: Police, Fire, Dispatch, Security, Federal, Search & Rescue, Corrections and Emergency medical.
We are reaching out to our elected officials across the United States of America to say that we stand with the police. Common sense reforms that protect the lives of all law enforcement officers and citizens are bipartisan issues. We are Democrats, Republicans and Independents. Supporting the police is not limited to one political party.
We are citizens of communities across this great nation. We are law enforcement officers, spouses, friends, family and children. Violence against law enforcement should not be tolerated. Law enforcement officers should be protected and given the proper training and resources to do their jobs.

We are currently finalizing a formal letter to be sent to the offices of select representatives. This document outlines our proposal for bipartisan training and resource allocation protocols. Additional briefings with policy analysts are being arranged for the coming weeks.
