Keep graduation as it is and do not let another school dictate what Lynchburg College does.

Just for clarity, all the college presidents got together and decided to alternate early and later dates for graduations in May. LU has no idea how deeply switching one week effects our LC students. Surely it is not 'exerting power' and more just sticking with the compromise that was originally set. It also doesn't help that the two Saturday's of May happen to fall on the earliest days possible. Maybe there can be compromise with LC to still somehow allow time for senior week and reading day. Hopefully this means next year LC will have the later date.

What is LC? A second rate college? I think not...so why is LU allowed to just run all over and dictate how other schools and businesses in the area handle their business? LC's administration needs to step up to the plate and support their students in any way possible! These kids deserve it after working so hard to earn their degree and the underclassmen do not need any added pressure during exam week!

This is utterly ridiculous. Why are the graduates of the Lynchburg College class of 2016 being denied the rights and expected honors as their predecessors? Liberty should know while they may be a christian college, they are being anything resembling christian. Please stop this from happening!

I understand that having graduation for both Liberty and Lynchburg causes travel issues for families attending the graduations but it is not right for students to be penalized with a an even more difficult examination period. The success of Lynchburg's students should be the school's number one priority and I am disappointed that the school's decision says otherwise.

I am deeply disappointed and offended by the decision to change Lynchburg's graduation date to accommodate Liberty University. Shame on the administration for not standing up for Lynchburg students and their families.

I appreciate LU; however, as a community, every member needs to be a good citizen. LC students should not be penalized, and this change is disrespectful. A better solution is needed.

Just like LU to mess things up not caring what the other colleges have to do... it's their Christian Way!
