We have submitted a formal request for a meeting with the District office to review the safety implications of these proposed ratio changes. Our legal team is currently drafting a memorandum to outline how these cuts breach existing support standards for our students.

The growth of this petition shows the board that the community is tracking these proposed ratio changes. I am finalizing a formal request for a meeting with the Department of Special Education to present these concerns directly.

UNACCEPTABLE. stop looking at these kids like they are just numbers on a spreadsheet. shame on you lausd.
my son goes here and he needs the help he gets now. these kids cant just be left behind because of money. dont do this to them.

17% cut is insane. those teachers are already swamped as it is. keep the ratios where they are before someone gets hurt.
