We have signed this petition to let you know how strongly we feel about the School Readiness Language Development Program (SRLDP), the current Pre-K program at Playa Del Rey Elementary. We have had, or pre-enrolled, a child/children in this program and would like to point out the outstanding and rather unique but important benefits: *Free Parent Education Classes (10) *Monthly Parent Meetings *Small Class Size - 18:3 (Parent, Teacher, Aide) *Noticeable school success in my children who attended SRLDP. *Monthly Parent Volunteering (helps me learn how to positively support my child with discipline, oral language, songs, stories, and other routines). *Parental collaboration resulting in lasting friendships and support for our children. *Development of a well rounded child to achieve academically, socially, and physically. *Comfort level with the SRLDP teachers and skills to work with future teacher and staff. *Taught me to continue to be actively involved in our school.
