We believe that this type of redevelopment will benefit the City by, among other things: (i) providing additional entertainment options to the citizens of San Marcos and surrounding communities, (ii) creating a catalyst to spur other new tenants to relocate to the Center and transform it from an older, declining retail center into an entertainment destination and (iii) creating a regional attraction that will attract visitors to the City of San Marcos and customers to our businesses. An entertainment venue is exactly the type of use that the City has identified through their planning processes as the type of use that currently lacking and very much needed in the City. We look forward to the addition of this valuable project to the City of San Marcos.
