This Petition, is to give voice to all of the people out there who think that Springbank Dam has outlived it's usefullness. To those who think that the river looks and smells better without it. It's also for those who simply think that the City of London, and the Ontario Government should stop wasting tax payer dollars on useless studies (which they refuse to release to the public), when they could be putting that same money into DECOMISSIONING IT!
