Spring Valley Townhome Development

RESIDENTIAL DENSITY ON MOUNTAIN CREEK ROAD IS ALREADY TOO HIGH FOR INFRASTRUCTURE AND ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT.

I hate this proposal and the effects it would have on our quiet, beautiful neighborhood.

Traffic is terrible now. No more apartment/townhomes! Please

NO MORE EXPANSION!!! TOO BUSY AS IT IS.

Mountain Creek Road is already over capacity with car traffic, especially as it’s a two lane road. We do not need 36 more homes on 3 acres of land.

We don't need the extra traffic or the driveways that would cut into our neighborhood's entry. It's also a small area and the crowding would degrade our neighborhood's beauty. I also don't like what low cost townhomes could do to property values in our neighborhood.

Oppose

This would add 2 cars (at least) to every unit planned. The road is a small 2 lane road that is already congested. Leave this area alone. Stop overbuilding Chattanooga.

Enough is enough

All the reasons stated on the petition but the other thing that is affected is the quality of life. Having green spaces is very important to our well being. This removes yet another green space which is also utilized by the wildlife which has nowhere to go if we keep builing.

Does not fit the contour of the existing Spring Valley subdivision, which has been here for almost 60 years. Furthermore, current utilities and roads will not support project.

Mountain Creek Road cannot support additional multi-unit properties.

I’d prefer no more apartments/close living along Mountain Creek road. The area can’t handle any more people without infrastructure improvements.

I live off Mountain Creek and Reads Lake Rd. I do not support any high density along Mountain Creek. We already have 18 high density apartment complexes!

I do not want him building anything in this area. There is too much trafic as it is.
