No development for this area adjacent to Spring Valley Subdivision. Too much traffic for Mountain Creek Rd. bordered by 5 lane Signal Mnt Rd. and Morrison Springs Rds.! Too much through traffic and great inconvenience with accidents having at worst to go back through Red Bank to get to where one's going! No thanks to the City Council's approval of over development of Mnt. Crk. area.

This development would change so many things in our neighborhood. From the influx of traffic to draining water runoff and everything in between. Not to mention the abundance of current townhouses and apartments already in the area.

I am opposed to the rezoning proposal. There are many concerns with this proposal: traffic, infrastructure, environmental/flooding, etc.

Extreme congestion at the intersection makes morning entry to Mountain Creek Road extremely difficult now; more traffic would be ridiculous.

There is already too much traffic on Mountain Creek Road, too much stress on the infrastructure, too much removal of trees. Please stop this excessive development.
