Spring Valley Townhome Development

This green space with mature trees are the only buffer to the hot, empty parking lot at Four Squares. Please block further construction in this area.

I ask our government to block further construction on this crowded and narrow road . Crime is creeping into our beautiful area with the increased density of homes. Traffic is awful. Please protect our safety and beauty.

I have many concerns about traffic, drainage issues, and safety. More information about structures and road entrance needs to be given to the public.

Over development in an established neighborhood

I am strongly opposed.

I oppose any more high-density development on Mountain Creek Road, until the city is able to turn it into a 4-lane road with a passing lane. I know there is a need for more housing but the city needs to be smart about where its located. There are already too many residential homes on/off of Mountain Creek. it is a nightmare during rush hour.

I have grew up in the neighborhood and doing this will not only decrease property value but also damage the protected wetlands in that area.

Damage to wet lands is unacceptable

We need this green space!!

This a ridiculous plan which will cause more traffic on a 2 lane road that is a major corridor for Signal Mountain residents. The infrastructure will be further strained. The schools will be further crowded. Also, there are already a higher ratio of single dwelling homes including apartments and townhomes than there are detached homes in this area. Thank you for considering the rejection of putting 36 townhomes on such a small space.

Please do not approve the building of these townhomes. We love the wooded and grassy area and already have a lot of cars that speed down the road. I worry our residents (particularly our CHILDREN) will no longer be safe to walk the neighborhood. Please think about this and the impact it will have on everyone in the neighborhood!

We do not want this! Too much traffic as is!!

Please don't ruin my home and neighborhood. There is too much traffic on Mountain Creek and our neighborhood makes me feel safe as a teenager. I will need feel safe to walk my dogs if this happens.

There is already too much traffic on Mountain Creek Rd. which is only a two lane road

Traffic problem water run off, road into a subdivision is unheard of , children in neighborhood and many other issues

I am signing this petition as I frequently travel this rd as my relatives live in spring valley. This is a TERRIBLE idea. Completely against this development.

The green space between Spring Valley and Four Squares should be maintained. As a former homeowner on Valley Trail, near the entrance to Spring Valley, I believe this development would be extremely bad for the community.

Strongly oppose.

This contrary to all previous serious studies.

I am opposed to the building of townhomes at the entrance to Spring Valley.
