Dear Board of Directors,
We believe the residents of the Courtyard at the Preserve are overwhelmingly in favor of allowing spirit signs, such as LT sports, in their front yards. With this petition and these signatures, we hope you will consider allowing signs showing support to our kids throughout our neighborhood! Kids these days need all the encouragement they can get. It takes a village and these signs will help foster and embrace the true neighborhood feel that can be lacking when rules do not have some margin of flexibility built within.
Consideration for size and location within property lines we leave to the discretion of the BODs.

My kids play for the team and we have lived here for 10 years. Let us display our yard signs it hurts nobody.
